2026-09-12

The ePaper Industry Alliance (EPIA) has secured a dedicated e-paper zone at WITEX 2027, a world smart-technology expo to be held May 12–14, 2027 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Targeting European buyers from Carrefour, Airbus and Renault, the turnkey booth program helps Chinese e-paper firms enter the European market amid surging demand for green, low-power displays.

Initiated by WAIA (World AI & IoT Innovation Alliance) and organized by IOTE (Internet of Things Expo), WITEX 2027 – World Intelligent Technology Expo will be held from May 12–14, 2027 in Dusseldorf, Germany, under the theme “Physical AI Empowering Industry · Europe Commercial Landing Flagship Exhibition.”

As a strategic partner, the ePaper Industry Alliance (EPIA) has planned a dedicated e-paper zone in the core area of the show. We sincerely invite upstream and downstream enterprises across the e-paper industry chain to exhibit!

Why Europe Is a Must-Go

△ European Imperative: With Industry 5.0 combined with labor shortages, Europe urgently needs green, low-carbon, deployable smart terminals — e-paper is right on time.

△ Precise Buyers: Among 15,000+ professional visitors, 80%+ are from Europe and 40%+ are CEOs/CTOs/procurement directors — quality buyers delivered straight to your booth.

△ Customers in Place: Potential e-paper customers such as Carrefour, Auchan, Airbus, Renault and Sanofi have been invited.

△ Translation Provided: The organizer supplies English translation to assist with pre-event materials and on-site communication.

△ Turnkey Service: IOTE provides one-stop hosting for booth construction, logistics and back-office, removing language barriers so enterprises can travel light and focus on closing deals.

New Opportunities for E-Paper Going Global

Physical AI is pushing smart terminals into every industry, and green low-carbon has become a hard constraint in the European market — e-paper's low power consumption, low blue light and ultra-long battery life perfectly match this structural demand. The market has hit an inflection point: global shipments reached 520 million units in 2025 (+35%), with scale expected to hit $22.4 billion; AI+e-paper surged +71.3% year-on-year, and color penetration will exceed 50% in 2026. From retail ESL and office tablets to commercial displays and logistics screens, application scenarios are unfolding across the board. For industry-chain enterprises, opportunities on the demand side are emerging — early layout and riding the wave of going global may secure a more favorable position in this incremental market.
